A New Chapter Begins:COOLS Accessories Welcomes Our 2026 Intern Team
July 24, 2026
On July 17, Yiwu COOLS Accessories welcomed five new interns to our team. To help them quickly understand the company, our products and the daily workflow of the accessories industry, we prepared a structured training program combining classroom learning, product demonstrations, factory visits and practical business exercises.
The training is not only an introduction to a new workplace. It is also the beginning of a learning journey that allows each intern to understand how an accessory develops from an initial idea into a finished product ready for customers around the world.

Starting with COOLS Accessories
The first stage of the program focuses on helping the interns become familiar with Yiwu COOLS Accessories.
Through presentations and showroom introductions, they learn about our company structure, corporate culture, internal procedures, employee responsibilities and business development. They are also introduced to our licensed and non-licensed product lines, including children’s hair accessories, sunglasses, bags, beauty gift sets, plush accessories and promotional products.
The showroom provides an ideal learning environment because the interns can see different product categories, materials, packaging formats and licensed collections while listening to explanations from experienced team members.
Learning Products from the Inside Out
Product knowledge is an essential part of working in the accessories industry. During the training, the interns study product classifications, material names, accessory components and packaging combinations.
The program covers several major categories:
- Hair accessories and their production processes
- Bags and related materials
- Children’s sunglasses and eyewear production
- Paper boxes, backing cards and retail packaging
- Product quality requirements and inspection standards
- Product costing and FOB price calculation
Real samples are used throughout the sessions. Instead of only memorizing product names, the interns are encouraged to touch the materials, compare different structures and understand why specific components are selected for different products.
This practical approach helps them build a clearer connection between product design, production feasibility, quality control and final pricing.
From Quotation Sheets to Customer Development
In addition to product knowledge, the interns receive systematic business training.
They learn how to prepare quotation sheets for sunglasses, hair accessories and bags, as well as how to organize product information accurately for customers. Training also covers trade show preparation, customer development, business follow-up procedures, sample requests, purchasing orders and document management.
These sessions are especially important because professional international trade requires much more than simply presenting a product. Accurate communication, organized information and timely follow-up all contribute to a reliable customer experience.
The interns also practice workplace communication, teamwork and customer reception etiquette, helping them develop the confidence needed for future business situations.
Bringing Training into the Workshop
A major part of the program takes place outside the meeting room.
The interns visit our raw material warehouse, printing department, product assembly area, packaging workshop and finished-goods warehouse. They observe how incoming materials are inspected, classified and stored before production begins.
They also learn about:
- Printing and heat-transfer processes
- Product assembly procedures
- Packaging materials and packing methods
- Production inspection and quality control
- Carton calculation and warehouse management
- Finished-product storage and shipment preparation
Factory visits further introduce them to the production of metal accessories, plastic products, sunglasses, flexible PVC items and other commonly used components.
By following each stage closely, the interns gain a more complete understanding of how different departments work together to complete an order.

Learning Through Participation
At COOLS Accessories, we believe effective training should combine explanation with participation.
Throughout the program, the interns take notes, examine samples, complete practical exercises and discuss questions directly with colleagues from different departments. Each trainer shares knowledge based on real working experience, helping the interns understand both standard procedures and the details that require special attention.
The program concludes with a systematic assessment, practical reports and personal summaries. These activities allow the interns to review what they have learned and identify the skills they need to continue improving.
Building Skills for the Future
Welcoming new interns also brings fresh energy to our company. Their curiosity and enthusiasm encourage communication between departments and create more opportunities for experienced colleagues to share their knowledge.
For Yiwu COOLS Accessories, talent development is an important part of long-term growth. Through structured training and hands-on experience, we hope every intern can gain a genuine understanding of the accessories business, strengthen their professional abilities and gradually become a confident member of the team.
We warmly welcome our five new interns and look forward to seeing their progress throughout this journey.
